There are three aspects to our coaching. Our initial session together is a Discovery Session through the use of The Ultimate Life Tool® (a patented human assessment technology). This session will give you your own unique operating manual and provide a baseline of understanding the specifics of what you uniquely need on a daily basis in order to thrive.
The second aspect includes understanding the specific strategies and applications that will help you stay in alignment with your unique way of operating.
The third aspect is integration. I will support you to become clear about your goals and know how to consistently implement your unique strategies and applications to achieve those goals (with accountability) throughout our time together.
Coach Kjersti has a strong corporate background. Her expertise provides many resources in addition to using The Ultimate Life Tool® (a patented human assessment technology). With the combination of these two powerful forces, there are many areas that can be addressed. Beginning with pre-employment assessments which showcase candidates’ natural strengths, communication style, and how they will fit in as an integral part of your organization, to operational improvements for on-site and for virtual offices. This list is not inclusive and provides a good variety of services offered.
